Location description

The area is well equipped with networks, connected to the railway and has very good access to the borders with Poland, Slovakia and Austria. Litovel was declared in 2013 as the best city for business in the Olomouc region.

Usage

Load capacity of floors 8 - 12 t/m². The height of the hall is 10 - 12 m. The hall has 6 entrances + 4 ramps and a siding. The possibility of dividing the hall into 3 separate parts. There is 24/7 security within the building. As part of the project, the completion of a second hall with a total size of 6,650 m² is planned for 2023, which will have 4 ramps + 6 level entrances, with a minimum hall height of 10 m. The hall is ready for crane tracks (>40t). The possibility of completion based on the individual requirements of the client.
