The modern industrial complex BM Parks Litovel offers an existing hall of 6,700 m² for rent and at the same time offers the possibility of further flexible custom-made construction with a capacity of up to 17,000 m². The premises in the BM Parks Litovel project stand out with extraordinary technical parameters that are currently unrivaled on the regular market. The halls have an extreme floor load capacity of 8 to 12 tons per m² and a generous clear height of 10 to 12 meters. Location description

The BM Parks Litovel complex is located in the industrial zone of Nasobůrky near Litovel, strategically located right next to exit 248 of the D35 highway. It provides a lightning-fast logistics connection between Olomouc and Hradec Králové. Thanks to the highway and railway network, BM Parks Litovel guarantees easy access to markets in Poland, Slovakia and Austria. The Olomouc region stands out for its strong tradition in mechanical engineering and the food industry, which offers a huge potential for qualified labor.

Usage

Due to the extreme load-bearing capacity of the floors and the readiness for heavy crane runways, BM Parks Litovel is an absolutely ideal destination for heavy engineering, demanding metal production or special processing industries. However, thanks to the fully functional railway siding and the direct proximity of the D35 motorway, the BM Parks Litovel area is also perfectly suited for international multimodal logistics and large-volume transshipment terminals. The abundance of groundwater and the high capacity of engineering networks also open up exclusive space for food or chemical operations, which normally struggle with a shortage of such above-standard equipped spaces on the market.
