CTPark Bor is one of the largest industrial parks in the Czech Republic. It is attractive mainly due to the direct CTPark Bor is one of the largest A-Class industrial and logistics parks in the Czech Republic – located on a site of over 109 ha with a built-up area of more than 634,000 sqm and further development potential of nearly 20,000 sqm. Location description

The park is located in Bor near Tachov in the Pilsen region, directly by the D5/E50 motorway (exit 128) connecting Prague, Pilsen and Germany. The Rozvadov / Waidhaus border crossing is only 15 km away, Pilsen 50 km and Prague 155 km, making the park a strategic distribution hub for Germany, Central and Western Europe. The centre of Bor is 5 km away, bus stops are located within the park and the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen ensures a strong supply of skilled workforce.
