Location description

The building will be built to the south of the village of Lešná, which lies 6.5 km northwest of Valašské Meziříčí. 16 km from exit 3 on the D48 motorway, which is a feeder to the D1 motorway (Prague - Brno - Ostrava/Slovakia). Easy accessibility by public transport - bus stop within walking distance.

Usage

Planned construction of one industrial hall of up to 11 650 m2. The premises will be suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light manufacturing. The construction will be tailored to the requirements of the future tenant. The DMC ValMez industrial park has excellent infrastructure, is connected to a very high voltage level of 110kV, has its own water source and capacity for sewage and rainwater drainage.
