Usage
The project will deliver over 9,600 sqm of leasable space across three buildings (A, B and C). Building C will provide smaller flexible units ranging from 875 to 1,000 sqm. Future Building A, scheduled for the second development phase, will offer even smaller units starting from 300 to 500 sqm, with the option to combine them.
