The future building will offer a total area of 22,314 m², of which 21,172 m² will be storage space and 1,142 m² will be administrative and office space. The hall will have an above-standard clear height of 12 meters and a total construction height of 14 meters, with floors with a load capacity of up to 11.9 t/m² allowing for the use of the most demanding handling equipment. The building will be equipped with 27 loading ramps for truck transport and 9 direct entrances, ensuring smooth operation and fast handling of goods. The project includes innovative ecological elements – photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof for own energy production, rainwater will be collected in retention tanks for further use, and charging stations for passenger cars and two trucks will be located on the premises. The building will also be equipped with external blinds to reduce the energy consumption of cooling, intelligent LED lighting, and skylights for maximum use of daylight. Thanks to these features, the hall will meet the latest economic and ecological standards of modern industrial construction. A strong emphasis is placed on sustainability and energy efficiency. The project includes photovoltaic panels installed on the roof for onsite energy production, a rainwater harvesting system for reuse, and electric vehicle charging stations for both passenger cars and two tractor units. Additional features include external blinds to reduce cooling energy consumption, a smart LED lighting system, and roof skylights that maximize natural daylight.
