Prologis Park Prague D1 - Ostředek is a new standalone industrial park, which is characterized by a great location on the D1 motorway, right at Exit 34. The distance from Prague is a 20-minute drive. It is one of the newest parks in the area, scheduled for completion in the first half of 2022. It will offer customers sustainable, premium solutions including LED lighting, solar water heating for office spaces, intelligent online metering systems monitoring energy consumption, stronger thermal and roof insulation. a clear height of 10 meters and a higher number of docks in an area where there will be one dock per 370 square meters. The building will be evaluated within the BREEAM accreditation. There are currently 3 halls available within the complex - DC1 (4,540 sq m), DC2 (21,254 sq m) and DC3 (12,564 sq m), DC4 (19,910 sq m), DC5 (5,643 sq m).
